Favorite Inspirational Quotes

It is easy to sit up and take notice.  What is difficult is getting up and taking action.

I sure seem to attract quotes on taking action lately.  Maybe that’s because I need the constant reminder.  Maybe it’s just because that’s where my focus is so that I really notice such inspirational quotes.

Maybe you are like me.  I have a list, a long list, of things I want to do and of things I should do to achieve my goals.  You should see the pile of books and ebooks waiting for me to read and the videos for me to watch to learn new things.  I’ve even bought new domain names for new sites.  I guess that means I have taken notice.  At least, I have the list.

But taking action on that list … well, let’s just say I’m very slow at whittling that list down.  I suppose I could say I have all sorts of challenges going on right now and there seems to be a new one every time I turn around.  Things that keep popping up wanting my attention and time.  But it’s really just an excuse.

In February, I set myself a challenge to build three websites a week for a month of a certain type of site.  I did get 12 sites built and, even better, I developed a process for getting them up quickly.  So with focus and taking action, I accomplished my goal.  I actually go up and took action.

What I need to do now is define a new challenge, get up (so to speak), and take action now.  I notice what needs to be done.  Now I need to get up and do it.
