Love is the highest energy form or so we believe now. Love is not just the passionate romantic love but it is something we can show to others in so many ways.

We can show it by the little, and big, acts of kindness we do for others. They get a kick out of it and so do we. Holding a door open for someone. Complimenting someone about his or her dress, hair, smile, action or anything. Leaving an extra big tip for the waitress.

Then there are those things we can put love into that are so mundane in our daily lives. For instance, I had started making dinner again. OK, maybe a big deal to most people but I am taking the time to do it whereas the last couple years we have been buying microwave meals. Not exactly a real healthy alternative even if supposedly organic.

My husband helps around the place even when he feels that it’s all part of “my farm”. When my son is not here to toss the hay bales, he does it for me.

It’s through these little and big things that we bring more love into the world. It’s not just giving blood when the towers fell, but giving blood every few months. It’s not just buying food for those in need at Christmas. It’s helping deliver Meals On Wheels every week.

Decide how you can bring about a little more love into the world every day in your own way. Make it a little thing or maybe a big thing, if you are able. Just show some kindness to someone else today.
